In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with our engineering team to design and fabricate high-quality components using stainless steel and other nonferrous materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Engineers: Work closely with our mechanical engineers to understand design specifications and bring those concepts to life through high-quality fabrication.
  • Fabricate and Weld Stainless Steel: Use your expertise in fabricating and welding stainless steel and other nonferrous materials to craft parts and components with precision.
  • Operate Machinery and Equipment: Operate a range of machinery and equipment, including waterjets, CNC press brakes, CNC mills, machine lathes, and various welders, to produce components as designed.
  • Prototype Development: Play a key role in the prototype development process, providing feedback and suggestions to improve designs and processes.
  • Contribute to a Culture of Innovation: Contribute to a culture of innovation, quality, and teamwork, constantly seeking ways to improve the work we do and the way we do it.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Processes: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Processes, Food Safety Standards, and related operational procedures.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. A technical school certificate in a related field, such as Welding/Fabrication or Precision Machining.
  • Experience in Stainless Steel Fabrication: Proven experience in stainless steel fabrication and welding, with a portfolio or examples of past projects.
  • Operating Equipment: Familiarity with operating equipment such as waterjets, CNC press brakes, CNC mills, and machine lathes is highly desirable, but not required.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with engineers and other team members to realize project visions.
  • Craftsmanship and Quality: Dedication to craftsmanship, quality, and detail, ensuring that every piece produced meets our high standards.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Personal Protective Equipment: Must wear proper PPE at all times.
  • Physical Demands: Able to move heavy objects under 50 lbs. without assistance.
  • Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable source of transportation.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $25-$37 per hour, non-exempt. Additionally, we provide a Comprehensive Benefits Plan, including Health/Vision/Dental/Life/Wellness and matching 401k. We also offer a package PTO (Paid Time Off) in addition to 8 days of holiday pay.
