Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on corporate transactional experience with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with a mix of corporate governance, venture capital, M&A, diligence, bank financing, executive compensation, and licensing agreements is beneficial
• Top academic credentials and a JD from an accredited law school are required
• Must be admitted to practice in New Jersey

Total compensation includes a salary range of $150,000 to $200,000, with flexibility based on experience, book of business, and other factors. Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, 401k match, PTO, dues, and memberships covered.
