Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on corporate transactional experience
• Familiarity with a mix of corporate governance, venture capital, M&A, diligence, bank financing, executive compensation, and licensing agreements
• Top academic credentials
• JD from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice in New Jersey

Compensation:

The provided salary range for this role is $150,000 to $200,000 with flexibility based on experience, book of business, and other factors. Total compensation includes multiple bonuses, health, vision, and dental insurance, 401k match, PTO, dues, and memberships covered.
