The educator serves as the primary facilitator of learning within the district, tasked with delivering the established curriculum effectively while utilizing a diagnostic and prescriptive methodology to assess and adapt to the diverse needs and interests of students.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
Possession of MA DESE Certification for English 5-12 is necessary.
Experience in teaching English Language Arts at the secondary level is essential.
Demonstrated proficiency in lesson planning with an emphasis on student-centered approaches; exceptional communication abilities and strong classroom management skills; capability to utilize data for planning, assessing, and adjusting instructional methods.
