Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment in our warehouse.
Responsibilities:- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including sweeping, waste collection and removal, floor cleaning, and surface cleaning duties.
- Operate heavy equipment, including electric pallet jacks and forklifts, to move materials and products.
- Assist the receiving department as needed and perform other tasks assigned by management.
- Work safely and professionally in a fast-paced environment with frequent heavy equipment and pedestrian traffic.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to use a pressure washer.
- Ability to work in tall heights while in a scissor lift.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (33 to 36 degrees F).
- 1-year previous janitorial experience.
- Pallet Jack/Forklift experience.
- A competitive hourly rate of $21.00, dependent on experience and location.
- Potential 90-day performance-based raise.
- Yearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenure.
