We are an established small business headquartered in Richland, WA, offering expert services in engineering, design, fabrication, instrumentation, and controls. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects involving nuclear and hazardous waste remediation, chemical processing, and commercial development.

Responsibilities:
This role involves leading and mentoring junior engineers, acting as discipline lead for projects, designing and evaluating solutions, developing P&IDs, and ensuring compliance with established codes and standards. You will also collaborate with designers, generate test plans and procedures, maintain configuration and control of baseline drawings, and communicate task status and progress.

Qualifications:
To be successful, you will require a Bachelor's degree or higher from an ABET accredited university, minimum 15 years of demonstrated experience in control system design, and proficiency with all aspects of PLCs. Additionally, you should have experience leading project teams, preparing design deliverables, and troubleshooting problems with instrumentation, monitoring, and control systems.

Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $150,000-$180,000 depending on experience, reflecting the high level of expertise and qualifications required.
