Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Order Management: Process customer orders, track inventory, and update customers on order status to ensure seamless delivery.
- Communication: Collaborate with sales staff to ensure responsiveness and customer satisfaction, and negotiate viable solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and analyze problems, weigh relevance and accuracy of information, and generate and evaluate alternative solutions to resolve customer issues.
- Experience: 3+ years of customer service-related work experience in a manufacturing environment or other industries.
- Education: High School diploma or G.E.D.
