Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a full-time Speech Therapist. This role will involve working with K-12 students in a school setting, conducting assessments and evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with teachers and parents to support students' academic success.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students with speech and language disorders to identify areas of need and develop targeted treatment plans.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication difficulties, including speech, language, and literacy skills.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement interventions that support students' academic success and promote effective communication.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Therapy Services: Provide speech therapy services to students in individual or group settings, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Wisconsin or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Skills: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
