Overview:
Danella Companies, a leading national utility contractor, is expanding our workforce and seeking skilled telecommunications supervisors. Candidates should possess a solid background in overseeing a team on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
The supervisor is accountable for ensuring the safety of both the crew and the general public. We expect our supervisors to adhere to all safety protocols.
The role includes managing the daily activities of the team to achieve production targets and fulfill client expectations.
Supervisors are required to guide teams in the installation, maintenance, relocation, or repair of telecommunications conduits. Experience in trench excavations for installation and relocation is essential. Additionally, the ability to set, reconstruct, or decommission manholes and vaults is necessary.Supervisors should also have the capability to rod both new and existing conduits.
Furthermore, supervisors are expected to conduct daily reporting on time, production metrics, and as-built documentation.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications construction is required.
A valid driver's license is mandatory.
Candidates must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing and background checks, as well as hold OSHA 10/30 certifications.
