Process Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve overall process-related issues.
- Design and maintain tools and dies.
- Equipment and compound troubleshooting.
- Coordinate assigned experimental production (XP's) products.
- Develop and maintain technical manufacturing instructions (T.M.'s).
- Develop and maintain work instructions and procedures.
- Coordinate and communicate critical processing information to manufacturing personnel.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis studies and report findings on high-visibility non-conformances.
- Assist as required in operator training.
- Coordinate the process manufacture of assigned technical orders.
- Coordinate assigned capital appropriation (CA) projects.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to corrective action requests.
- Provide input as required to effect accurate product costing.
- Maintain liaison with vendors to keep abreast of current materials and processes.
Requirements:
- BS in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
- Prior experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Process Engineering is preferred but not required.
