Key Responsibilities
  • Perform water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the work performed.
  • Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck, as well as all company equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as needed.
  • Assist with warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and provide support when needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Desire to continually learn new skills and take on new challenges.
