About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Youth Mental Health Case Manager to join our team at PermiaCare. As a key member of our staff, you will provide critical support to children and their families, helping them achieve their recovery goals and live their best lives.

Job Summary

  • Provide routine case management, monitoring, and observation with youth and their families.
  • Develop, implement, and review recovery plans, working with other community resources to meet individual and family service needs.
  • Provide crisis services and problem-solving assistance to caseloads and families.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human growth and development, physician assistance, gerontology, special education, educational psychology, early childhood education, or early childhood intervention.
  • Previous experience in the field of mental health or social services preferred.
  • Registration, certification, licensure, or other qualifications required.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is $65 per hour, with a sign-on bonus may be available. This position also includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
