Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our team in a school setting. As an SLPA, you will work with students from kindergarten to 12th grade, providing essential speech therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services to students, including assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring.
  • Work closely with the Speech Language Pathologist to ensure consistency and effectiveness of therapy services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a school setting, preferably as an SLPA.
  • An active or pending state SLPA license is mandatory.
  • ASHA certification is considered an asset.
