Job Title: Food Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Technician to join our team at Vaco. As a Food Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily floor verifications to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Complete test bakes and final product reviews to assess product quality and safety.
  • Perform monthly environmental swabbing to ensure sanitation standards are maintained.
  • Monitor plant operations to ensure sanitary conditions are met.
  • Conduct monthly food safety audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and ensure production provides retain samples and stores them appropriately.
  • Perform equipment calibration as required.
Requirements:
  • Understanding and maintaining quality/food safety.
  • Able to complete daily floor verifications throughout shift.
  • Complete test bakes and final product reviews.
  • Perform monthly environmental swabbing.
  • Monitor plant operations.
  • Conduct monthly food safety audits.
  • Coordinate and ensure production provides retain samples.
  • Perform equipment calibration.
