Dental Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team at Dental Care Alliance. As a key member of our dental support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our dental practice.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Maintenance: Prepare treatment rooms for patients by following established protocols and procedures.
- Patient Care: Welcome, comfort, and prepare patients for dental treatment, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Instrumentation and Materials: Provide dental instruments and materials to treatment areas, ensuring they are properly sterilized and maintained.
- Diagnostic Support: Assist in exposing and developing radiographic studies, pouring, trimming, and polishing study casts.
- Temporary Restorations: Fabricate temporary restorations and clean and polish removable appliances to maintain patient appearance and ability to masticate.
- Emergency Response: Maintain CPR certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory to respond to dental and medical emergencies.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative instructions to promote good oral health.
- Documentation: Document dental care services by charting in patient records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Confidentiality and Safety: Maintain patient confidentiality and protect operations by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
- Professional Development: Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- X-ray License: Possess a valid X-ray license.
- Experience: Have at least 3 years of experience working as a Dental Assistant.
