As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contribute to a culture of excellence and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in the Emergency Department
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Participate in emergency situations, including triage, stabilization, and transport of patients
- Conduct thorough assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and physical examination
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including medication administration, wound care, and other interventions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current state of Missouri RN licensure
- Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
- BLS and ALS certification
- EPNC (or PALS) certification within one year of hire
- Previous clinical experience in emergency nursing preferred
