We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Surpass Behavioral Health. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and teens with autism.
About the RoleAs a BCBA, you will be responsible for:
- Administering assessments to determine the best course of treatment for clients
- Developing individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client
- Supervising behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care for clients
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD)
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB
- Ability to work with integrity and adhere to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies
