We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Surpass Behavioral Health. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and teens with autism.

About the Role

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for:

  • Administering assessments to determine the best course of treatment for clients
  • Developing individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each client
  • Supervising behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care for clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD)
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB
  • Ability to work with integrity and adhere to the BACB Ethical Code, HIPAA practices, and company policies
