About the Role

The Behavioral Health Specialist LCSW will provide evaluation and treatment services for patients with psychiatric and substance use disorders. This role requires collaboration with patients and their support systems to assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose patients with psychiatric and substance use disorders
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to reduce and resolve symptoms
  • Collaborate with patients and their support systems to ensure effective care
  • Complete risk assessments and develop risk reduction plans to ensure patient and community safety
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited school
  • Washington Advanced Social Worker License or equivalent
  • 2 years of post-master's experience in a behavioral health treatment setting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Additional experience in substance use treatment settings
