Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Coffee Barista who is passionate about providing remarkable guest service with a Say Yes to the Guest attitude. As a Coffee Barista, you will be responsible for upholding Coborn's high standard of service by assisting guests with their beverage and food orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and enter their order into the register and tender payment
  • Prepare all beverage/food orders in accordance to guest order
  • Be knowledgeable about all product offerings and answer guests' questions
  • Operate all machines in the coffee shop and know and understand the recipes of the beverages

Requirements

  • Efficient and passionate coffee drink expert (or has the desire to be)
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic people person who is a guest service rock star
  • Strong sense of pride in ensuring their work area is clean and tidy
  • Excellent with multi-tasking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
