- Teamwork: Collaborate with other servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and meet guest needs.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to resolve issues and provide exceptional service.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and priorities with ease.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Prior food service experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and push/pull carts or dollies.
The Food Service Associate will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on providing exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure, maintain a positive attitude, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their work.
