We are seeking a charismatic and attentive Host/Hostess to join our team at OHSO Brewery and Distillery. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and welcome them to our establishment.
  • Manage the waiting list, ensuring guests are informed of their wait time and provided with menus and beverages.
  • Seat guests at tables or in waiting areas, taking into account table rotation and server workload.
  • Engage with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their food and service, responding to complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information about our menu and services.
