Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign, direct, and ensure completion of daily tasks for production/department team members, including housekeeping for assigned spaces.
  • Train new team members on production expectations and processes, ensuring they are equipped to meet product acquisition, production, and sales goals.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure only the best product makes it to the floor, adhering to our Good, Better, Best standards.
  • Track and report production at scheduled times, providing accurate and timely information to management.
  • Participate in production processes as needed, utilizing your skills and expertise to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Proficiently use cash registers at locations that require, maintaining accurate records and handling customer transactions with professionalism.
  • Implement assigned strategies to meet product acquisition, production, and sales goals for the day/week/month, staying focused on achieving results.
  • Communicate effectively with assigned personnel to place supply orders for next day's processing, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Support management with store maintenance and appearance, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow procedures for maintenance and safety concerns, prioritizing the well-being of team members and customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that workspaces are prepared for the next day's production.
  • Look for ways to improve donor and shopper experience, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Communicate with Store Management regarding all facets of the store's operations, keeping them updated on all incidents and concerns for assigned areas.
  • Support management in creating a positive understanding of policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Direct complaints and criticism to management, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Support the protection of resources under your supervision, implementing Product Control Procedures to prevent shrinkage through theft or spoilage.
  • Control property, utility, and product supply waste, maintaining a responsible and sustainable approach to operations.

Other duties as assigned by manager or assistant manager.
