Agricultural Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Helena Agri. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the agricultural market.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive new business and increase sales revenue.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our agronomy solutions and provide expert advice to customers on how to enhance their crop yields and improve their overall farming operations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our market share.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development and marketing teams, to stay up-to-date on new products and services and to identify opportunities for growth.
- Travel extensively to visit customers, attend industry events, and participate in trade shows to promote our products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as agriculture, business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the agricultural industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and a clean driving record.
