Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RV Service Technician to join our team at Bish's RV, Inc. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional repair and maintenance services for our RV units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect units for customer sale and identify any necessary repairs or maintenance
  • Learn and execute a comprehensive Get Ready and customer orientation process
  • Perform unsupervised diagnostics and repairs, with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Install 5th wheel hitches and full wire brake controls, and learn to execute the customer pay side of service work
  • Work on a variety of RV units coming into the service department, including troubleshooting and repairing complex issues
  • Participate in specialty certification programs and ongoing education to stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments
  • Meet or exceed minimum customer satisfaction scores and consistently produce high-quality repairs
  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to help build a culture of excellence
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in the RV industry or a related technical field, such as mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical work
  • Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
  • Flexibility with work schedules, including Saturdays, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent, and a positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test, and demonstrate behaviors consistent with our company's values
