The Youth Fitness Coach will be tasked with delivering physical education, skill development training, and strength conditioning programs for local schools. As a part of GYMGUYZ, you will provide professional guidance for each session while ensuring top-notch customer service. It is essential to adjust to different fitness levels and modify instruction to create a safe, enjoyable, and motivating environment. Adaptability to various work settings, both indoors and outdoors, is also required.

• Implement comprehensive physical education and skill development programs
• Deliver professional instruction in each session, ensuring exceptional customer service
• Tailor instruction to meet diverse fitness levels, fostering a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants
• Prioritize student safety while providing ongoing encouragement and support
• Track and monitor student progress in accordance with educational standards
• Participate in regular one-on-one meetings
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Experience in youth sports is preferred
• Certification in personal training or group instruction from a recognized organization (e.g., ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM) is preferred
• CPR/AED certification required
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition is a plus
• Willingness to travel to various locations and work flexible hours
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
