AEG Bartender Role
At AEG, we are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, serving a wide range of beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

About the Role
This is a part-time position that requires flexibility, including nights, weekends, and long hours. You will be working in an ever-changing fast-paced environment, and it's essential to maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

Responsibilities
As a Bartender, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Serving all beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace, including bar equipment and supplies
- Following the company standard for excellent guest service, interaction with coworkers, and uniform standards
- Managing cash accurately and handling customer payments efficiently
- Demonstrating ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in a team-oriented setting

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Six months or more experience bartending
- Accurate cash handling skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours

Salary and Benefits
The hourly rate for this position is between $10 to $15, and it is tip eligible. Additionally, benefits for part-time roles include a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.
