Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Bar Attendant to join our team at Widow Jane Distillery in Red Hook, Brooklyn. In this role, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring seamless operation of the bar.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing exceptional guest experiences and engaging with visitors through education and beverage selections.
  • Maintaining complete knowledge of all Widow Jane products.
  • Pursuing ongoing training and educational opportunities to enhance brand advocacy concepts.
  • Maintaining highest health standards, sanitation, and cleanliness in the beverage/bar area to meet local, state, and government guidelines.

About YouWe're looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for hospitality and exceptional communication skills. To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year previous bartending/restaurant experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent oral communication skills with the ability to convey information effectively.
  • Service orientation – actively looking for ways to help people.
