The ideal candidate is a self-driven, data-driven professional with strong knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering and DevOps methodologies. This individual will be part of the Site Reliability team, sharing their experience with our Delivery, Support, Product Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.

As a key member of our team, you will focus on technical excellence and quickly deliver value to customers who have deployed our software in production. You will work closely with our Delivery, Engineering, and Product teams to steer SRE alignment and strategy, ensuring the reliability of our platform deployments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Showing ownership of customer success with platform management.
  • Partnering with Delivery, Engineering, and Product to ensure SRE alignment and strategy.
  • Leading teams that design, code, test, and deliver software to ensure application performance and resiliency.
  • Communicating with various customer teams and navigating them with WF best practices.
  • Striving for environment management automation.
  • Proactively working on efficiency and capacity planning.
  • Identifying parts of the system that do not scale and driving long-term resolution.
  • Identifying Service Level Indicators (SLIs) to align the team to meet availability and latency objectives.
  • Proposing and driving architectural changes to solve scaling and performance problems.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience with system design, algorithms, data structures, analysis, and software design.
  • Deep knowledge in DevOps tools and practices, Enterprise standards, and security.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages and main concepts of Object-Oriented programming.
  • At least 2 years' experience with AWS, Azure, GCP cloud technologies.
  • At least 3 years of SRE experience.
