Dental Hygiene Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at SmileOne North Muskegon. As a key member of our dental care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting oral health in our community.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine hygiene clinical procedures, including oral prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, sealants, fluoride, oral cancer screenings, and x-rays.
- Educate patients on effective oral hygiene methods and provide personalized instruction and demonstrations.
- Communicate with doctors to identify opportunities for restorative and/or periodontal care.
- Review patient health history and ensure accurate records are maintained.
- Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
- X-Ray/Radiology Certification where state regulations specify.
- Local Anesthesia/Nitrous Oxide certification where state regulations specify.
