About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Process Owner Logistics and Warehousing team as a Director. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to shape our operations and drive process excellence.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Logistics and Warehousing, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving measurable results. As a key member of our Supply Chain Center of Excellence, you will collaborate with various business teams and functional support to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance Logistics and Warehousing maturity.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

  • Lead projects to improve Logistics and Warehousing processes.

  • Document and maintain process descriptions in the Logistics and Warehousing playbook.

  • Assess process maturity and provide recommendations.

  • Provide SAP expertise for logistics and warehousing processes.

  • Lead SAP business initiatives, including enhancements and upgrades.

  • Design and enable process improvements using technology and analytics.

  • Track and report key metrics for logistics and warehousing performance.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the COE.

Qualifications

  • Industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management.

  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and achieve results.

  • 10 – 15 years of Logistics and Warehousing experience globally.

  • Excellent SAP knowledge and WM experience.

  • Functional knowledge of data, processes, and integration points.

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% including international travel.
