Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois
  • Board certified or eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
  • Active DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License
  • CPR certification or specialty-specific advanced life support certification
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
