Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering product recommendations.
  • Merchandising and Display: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by rotating stock, facing products, and ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
  • Inventory Management: Count and record inventory, report discrepancies, and participate in inventory management tasks as needed.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper cleaning and sanitation procedures.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Previous Retail Experience: Preferred.
  • Ability to Lift 50 Pounds: Required.
