The Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) is a specialized 8-bed section within the MedSurg unit, recognized as Level 4 by the National Association of Epilepsy Centers (NAEC). This designation signifies the highest standard for units dedicated to the care of epilepsy patients, offering comprehensive seizure evaluation and treatment plans. Our team includes highly trained Epileptologists, Nurse Practitioners, and Technicians who specialize in the assessment and management of epilepsy through advanced techniques.
