Position Overview:
We are seeking an Electro-Mechanical Repair Specialist to join our dedicated team. This role is essential in providing maintenance and repair support for our manufacturing operations during the 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on light industrial manufacturing machinery
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- Execute basic mechanical and electrical repairs
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
- Assist in the repair and upkeep of tooling
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems
- Carry out basic installations of electrical systems
- Availability for overtime and weekend work as needed

Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED is mandatory
- An Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field is preferred

Management Responsibilities:
This position does not include direct supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:
- A technical degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in the maintenance of manufacturing equipment
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude is essential
- Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and repair is advantageous
- Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical schematics
- Competence in Microsoft Office and similar software applications

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to navigate within plant and office environments
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working at heights
- Other physical demands may vary based on tasks

Work Environment:
- This role operates within a manufacturing plant setting, with regular exposure to both plant and office areas.
