As a member of the Campus Recreation team, you will be responsible for facilitating a wide range of programming utilizing the challenge course facilities at Stone Valley Recreation Area and portable activities on the University Park Campus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate team-building and adventure programs for various organizations and groups
  • Work closely with Lead Facilitators and Outdoor Adventures management to provide a positive and engaging experience for participants
  • Develop and implement creative and motivating programs that promote self-confidence, positive group dynamics, and continued growth in team-oriented skills
  • Attend mandatory monthly staff meetings and participate in ongoing staff development workshops and trainings
  • Hold current First Aid/CPR/AED (or higher) certification

Campus Recreation is a department within Student Affairs that provides fitness, wellness, and recreational programs to the campus community through the operation and administration of various facilities and programs. As a member of the Campus Recreation team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
