Key Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in hospitality is preferred.

  • Familiarity with service standards, guest relations, and food and beverage etiquette is essential.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist banquet managers in serving guests during events to ensure a memorable experience.
  • Prepare the banquet area as directed, including arranging glassware, service items, and linens.
  • Participate in pre-event meetings to understand the specifics of each function and guest expectations.
  • Welcome guests warmly and respond to their inquiries in a friendly manner.
  • Serve food and beverages in the designated order, maintaining consistency as per supervisor guidelines.
  • Efficiently clear dishes as guests complete their meals.
  • Comply with all regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Refill beverages as needed and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction.
  • After events, reset the banquet area according to supervisor instructions for future functions.
  • Adhere to attendance policies and maintain a regular work schedule.
  • Perform additional related tasks as assigned.
