**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Nursing to lead our clinical team at The Heights of Tyler. As a Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
**Responsibilities**
* Lead and manage a team of clinical staff to provide exceptional care to our residents
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality care
* Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention
**Requirements**
* Current RN license with at least 5 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility
* Strong history of compliance with state and federal regulations and knowledge of CMS 5 Star Program
* Evidence of positive clinical outcomes and a passion for teaching, educating, and motivating clinical team members
