  • Verify material quantities against purchase orders through checks and counts.
  • Conduct necessary inspections as required by municipalities and internal standards.
  • Complete site inspection forms as needed.
  • Collaborate with trade partners and vendors to ensure adherence to project scope and timelines, addressing any delays as they arise.
  • Strive for mutually beneficial solutions when challenges occur, and identify new trade partners when necessary.
  • Ensure that all homes comply with quality and construction standards as well as specified requirements.
  • Manage project costs to stay within budget.
  • Enforce safety protocols in the workplace.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma is required, while a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is advantageous.
