Afton Oaks Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated LPN or LVN to join our team. As a skilled nursing care provider, you will work closely with patients and residents to deliver exceptional care and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medications and treatments consistent with standards of care and delivered with integrity and compassion
- Build serving relationships with patients/residents, family members, physicians and other health care professionals
- Champion quality of care, advocate for the customer experience
Requirements:
- Current license by the State Board of Nursing, as a LPN or LVN
- Able to work cohesively with patients/residents, physicians and other team members
