  • Configuring and customizing Veeva applications to align with client specifications.
  • Engaging in the entire development process, where your insights are invaluable.

  • Staying updated with the latest CRM tools available through the CRM developer portal.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
  • Undertaking additional tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • We seek passionate and skilled individuals who thrive in team environments and can share knowledge across teams with the following qualifications:
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • 4+ years of experience in Pharma CRM with a minimum of 3+ years on the Veeva platform.
  • Strong understanding of the Healthcare domain.
  • In-depth knowledge of Veeva applications and their modules, including Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Veeva Network, Approved Emails, CLM, etc.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Veeva Report Dashboards, Workflows, etc.
  • Familiarity with Veeva Release Management, including Change Set and ANT Migration Tool.
  • Proficient in Veeva activities such as creating Cycle Plans, Surveys, Data Change Requests, Roster Management, and Coaching Reports.
  • Experience in writing and scheduling batch Apex jobs.
  • Solid understanding of Visualforce, SFDC, Apex, SQL/SOQL, XML, HTML, Eclipse, Java, JavaScript, SOAP, and REST techniques.
  • Web programming experience using Apex, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Knowledge of various web standards such as JavaScript, HTTP protocols, AJAX, Flash, XML, and JSON.
  • Strong grasp of relational database concepts.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce governor limits and strategies to work within them.
  • Experience in customer interactions, including conducting Alpha and Beta Reviews.
Certifications and Additional Knowledge:
  • Certification as a Veeva developer or other relevant Veeva certifications is a plus.
