Job Summary

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a motivated individual to assist in the development and implementation of life annuity products and services. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to ensure the expanded use of these products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with agents and policyholders to ensure the successful implementation of life annuity products and services.
  • Process incoming and outgoing requests from agents and policyholders, including new business, policy changes, surrenders, and transfers.
  • Work collaboratively with co-workers, agents, and other departments to achieve common goals.

Requirements

  • Candidate should be a student currently enrolled in an accredited college/university and entering their junior or senior year in college.
  • Familiarity with a broad range of medical terminology.
  • Ability to organize data, multi-task, and make decisions independently.
  • Above-average communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to resolve complex issues.

Compensation

The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of $16.00 per hour. Returning interns may qualify for a higher pay rate.
