At CareConnect, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide with us, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

About the Role:

We are looking for certified Home Health Aides who possess excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. If you are a motivated individual who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive support with personal hygiene, grooming, and daily living activities
  • Assisting clients with mobility tasks, such as transferring to and from beds, chairs, and walking aids
  • Measuring and recording vital signs, reporting deviations, and assisting with medication management under nurse supervision
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, dish washing, and maintaining the client's living environment
  • Effectively communicating with clients, families, and healthcare team members while maintaining accurate records of care and client status

Requirements:

  • Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
  • Completion of a training program approved by the New Jersey Board of Nursing required
  • In good standing, holding a current, valid certificate as a Home Health Aide issued by the New Jersey Board of Nursing
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from Morris area

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
