Job Title: Instructional Assistant - ELL and Special Education
The NASHUA SCHOOL DISTRICT is seeking a highly skilled Paraeducator to join our team as an Instructional Assistant - ELL and Special Education. This role involves working closely with classroom teachers to support students with diverse needs, providing individualized attention, and helping students to access educational resources and services.

About the Role:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering instruction to students with diverse needs
- Assist with preparing and administering assessments, such as quizzes, tests, and projects
- Provide individualized support to students, helping them to access educational resources and services
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to develop strategies for supporting students with special needs
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Title 1 Schools require Highly Qualified Status, including an Associate's Degree or equivalent two years of college, Bachelor degree, or Para-educator II certification from the NH Dept of Education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient and empathetic approach to working with students
