Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's front desk, providing exceptional customer service to guests, and maximizing room revenue. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control room inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient room assignments
  • Process guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including room occupancy and revenue
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred
  • Valid driver's license for the applicable state
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
