Pilot Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of our travel centers and restaurants.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests and team members
  • Clean and sanitize showers, restrooms, and other facilities
  • Perform general repair and maintenance tasks as needed
  • Ensure all trash and recyclables are properly disposed of
  • Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand for long periods
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred
