Job Title: Client Care Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Specialist to join our team at Jacaranda Animal Hospital. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage the appointment schedule
  • Handle client relations, including greeting clients, admitting and checking out patients, and processing payments
  • Communicate with clients regarding invoices, medical status, and other important information
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to improve knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures a plus
