Animal Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and animal-loving individual to join our team as a Kennel Technician at Kingsmark Kennels.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain the kennel facilities to ensure a safe and healthy environment for the animals.
- Provide exceptional care and attention to the animals, including feeding, walking, and providing fresh water.
- Assist with the daily operations of the kennel, including handling animal intake and discharge, and maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with the kennel team to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of experience working with animals, preferably in a kennel or animal shelter setting.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
