Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize cost savings and improve competitiveness in the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Engineering, to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing partners to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
  • Analyze detailed cost models and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Develop and present quarterly negotiation proposals to executive-level stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain development, sourcing management, and cost negotiation.
  • BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Outstanding analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to toggle between strategic and detail-oriented thinking.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
