Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our Wealth Advisory group. As a Client Service Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including cash flow planning for retirement.
  • Assist clients with account maintenance and creation, including managing and validating account transfers.
  • Support clients with distributions, checks, and wire transfers.
  • Coordinate file management for quarterly administrative and investment reviews.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Series 7 / 63 / 66 licenses, SIE highly preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Wealth Management, preferably in a CSA or comparable role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial atmosphere.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
