Position Summary
The Automotive Service Specialist role requires your technical acumen and experience to effectively diagnose vehicle performance and electrical systems. Your leadership and mentoring abilities will be essential in guiding a team towards enhanced customer satisfaction and care.
Compensation Structure
Our technicians benefit from a performance-based compensation model known as flat-rate pay, which rewards skilled professionals with a predetermined amount for each eligible task, promoting efficiency and timely task completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, transmission fluid replacements, and filter installations
- Install batteries and conduct electrical system checks
- Manage tire maintenance and repairs
- Install automotive parts
- Conduct road tests on vehicles
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to learn and execute basic mechanical tasks
- Valid automobile driver's license required at all times
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive repair experience or completion of a Vocational-Technical School program in a related field
- A.S.E certification in at least one of A1-A8 is preferred; equivalent external qualifications or training certifications will be considered
